The interactive map above shows the location and prices of the 51 properties in the next Public Auction to be held on June 28th, 2016.
If you are interested in bidding on the properties, you must RSVP IN ADVANCE OF THE AUCTION. Specifically, by June 27th, 2016 at 4:30 PM.
The TNRC and the City of Trenton have collaborated to provide additional resources for those interested in the property auction.

2) Property Inspection Walk-through
Join the Trenton Neighborhood Restoration Campaign on a guided tour of one of the auction properties: 511 Monmouth on June 23rd from 9-10 AM. Learn some property inspection practices from an experienced volunteer to apply to whatever property you are interested in potentially bidding on. While there is no pre-registration required, you can RSVP and ask questions in advance by calling (609) 341-4766. This walk-through does not constitute legal advice and should not take the place of a prospective bidder's independent appraisal.
