THE CITY OF TRENTON'S FIVE-POINT PLAN

 

On October 7, 2014, Mayor Eric Jackson announced his Five-Point Plan for dealing with vacant and abandoned properties. The goals of the strategy are to facilitate the immediate stabilization and repair of properties; to ensure that the properties are maintained properly while vacant; and to get properties back on the tax rolls by transferring them to responsible owners and investors.
