What's going on?
If you are a small business in Old Trenton or THDC and your revenue has been affected by COVID, Isles may have funds to support your business!
As part of the State of New Jersey’s Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) program, grants of between $3,000 and $15,000 are available for small businesses with the Old Trenton NRTC neighborhood.
What can We fund?
Grant funds can cover the following expenses from March 1, 2020, through December 30, 2020:

Commercial mortgage, rent, utilities and other bills relating to your physical location

Resources to get a business established online

Perishable inventory lost due to an interruption of business

Masks, gloves, and other personal protective equipment, shield guards, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes, and social distancing signage and decals

Tables, chairs, and other furniture for outdoor dining
-
Unreimbursed wages for activities dedicated to responding to the COVID-19 public health emergency (excluding bonuses other than hazard pay and overtime)
-
Costs for retooling and technology activities, space and technology upgrades to reopen and conduct business safely
…and other related COVID relief and adaptation expenses.
