A comprehensive analysis of the housing market in Trenton was released on October 28, 2015, by New Jersey Community Capital and the Center for Community Progress. It builds upon the vacant and abandoned property survey by providing additional market information about each of Trenton's neighborhoods and sub-areas.

 

It uses block-level data aggregated to the neighborhood level (which can be viewed in the "neighborhood" dashboard on the interactive map), and provides a comprehensive picture of what strategies are most appropriate in each neighborhood given the local housing market.
