Call for Applicants! 2022 NPP Small Grants Program

Eligible Downtown Building Improvement Grants From $2k - $5k

If you're a Downtown Trenton small business owner or property owner, you are eligible to apply for funding through the Downtown Trenton Neighborhood Preservation Program.

These grants can be used to make exterior improvements to buildings in the NPP through small, yet impactful projects. Funding is limited to exterior projects that are visual from the street. They may include but are not limited to rehabilitation, restoration, and major repairs (but not ongoing maintenance) of architectural details and features. Examples of eligible projects include (but are not limited to): door replacement/repainting, porch repairs, and masonry. See the below flyer for more details.

While the application process has a rolling deadline, projects must be complete by December 16, 2022.
