VPRO PASSES
The amended Vacant Property Registration Ordinance was passed by City Council yesterday. It will go into effect on January 1st, 2015, and will mpose escalating fees on owners for each year their properties remain vacant, as well as fines for failing to register, pay the fee, or maintain the property.
